Set in 7 acres of mature woodland and gardens, and situated close to Redditch town centre, this former manor house is easily accessible from junction 2 of the M42 motorway.

By Car (from the M42):
- Leave the motorway at junction 2.
- Take the A441 into Redditch, following the sign for all other Redditch Districts, until you see signs for Southcrest and also brown tourist signs for Quality Hotel.
- Follow these signs until you get to a mini roundabout (Matalan and B&Q on your right).
- Take a left turning and immediate right onto Pool Bank.
- The Quality Hotel is located near to the top of Pool Bank on the left hand side.
